Phenolic Floor Disinfectant – Classic

Phenolic disinfection. Phenolic chemistry used across institutional floor-disinfection programs where routine cleaning and repeatable dilution are required.

Neutral pH. Safe on marble, ceramic, mosaic, vinyl, and other compatible hard floors across offices, campuses, hospitality sites, and institutional facilities.

Separate routine cleaning from disinfection. Use approximately 10–20 ml/L for routine cleaning. For disinfection, follow the product-specific dilution and wet-contact time supplied with the product.

Classic phenyl fragrance. A familiar phenyl fragrance profile for routine institutional floor-care environments.

5-litre value pack. 5-Litre institutional format supports centralized stock control, fewer replenishment events, and predictable working-solution cost.

Routine floor cleaning. Start at approximately 10–20 ml/L for routine cleaning and confirm residue, foam and floor compatibility before setting the site dose.

Disinfection. Do not use the routine cleaning dose for disinfection. Follow the product-specific dilution and wet-contact time supplied with the product.

Site control. Keep routine cleaning and product-specific disinfection recipes separate in the SOP so staff do not overdose every daily mop bucket.

Compatible equipment. Mop buckets, flat-mop systems and calibrated dilution or proportioning equipment set to approx. 10–20 ml per litre for routine cleaning.

Use conditions. The floor must remain visibly wet for the stated contact time before air drying. Equipment should be dedicated or thoroughly rinsed between incompatible chemicals.

Not intended for. Automatic scrubber-dryers are not a substitute for the product-specific disinfection contact-time procedure unless the facility has a documented method that preserves wet contact.

Phenolic compounds — the active ingredient in phenyl — work by disrupting the cell membrane of bacteria. Use the product at the stated dilution and maintain the specified product-specific wet-contact time when the product is being used for a disinfection application.

It is not a masking mechanism. It is not a cleaning mechanism.

Disinfection performance depends on correct dilution, complete surface wetting and the stated contact time.

Cleaning-use planning. At 10–20 ml/L, a 5 L pack would dose roughly 250–500 litres of water for routine cleaning.

Disinfection planning. A disinfection yield figure should be added only after the product-specific dilution/contact-time instructions are finalised.

Budget principle. Daily cleaning should not automatically consume a disinfection-strength dose.
