Sustainability at Alle's ClinX — circular hygiene supply chain India

Sustainable Institutional Cleaning

1,643+ Containers recovered
98% Recovery rate
701.4kg Plastic prevented

Company-reported operational data, not independently audited. The company records 21 distinct institutions supplied. Estimated cumulative counters use 400 containers and 80 kilograms at 1 February 2025, modelled at 14 additional containers and 7 kilograms per elapsed week. The 98 percent recovery rate is calculated from company delivery-cycle records. Values were calculated server-side as of 2026-10-15T09:04:52Z.

Our Commitment to the Planet

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. From closed-loop container recovery to cold-water formulations and local manufacturing — every decision is made with environmental responsibility in mind.

Sustainable environment — Alle's ClinX circular hygiene

Circular Logistics
Zero-Waste Infrastructure

Our closed-loop container recovery system fundamentally eliminates single-use packaging. Every container is collected, sanitized, refilled, and redeployed — completing cycles dozens of times. This isn't recycling; it's regenerative commerce at institutional scale.

Overview
Container Recovery

98% Recovery Rate

Our systematic collection and tracking infrastructure ensures nearly perfect container recovery. Over 1,643 containers actively circulating in our network.

Waste Prevention

701.4kg Plastic Eliminated

Through circular logistics, we've prevented 701.4 kilograms of plastic waste from entering landfills and oceans — and counting every week.

Sustainable Operations

Rainwater Harvesting

Leveraging India's monsoon cycles, our Dharuhera production facility captures rainwater, minimising freshwater consumption year-round.

Community-First
Hygiene Solutions

Creating positive social impact through accessible institutional hygiene products, ethical partnerships, and community-centred operations. We empower institutions with cleaner, safer environments for the people who depend on them daily.

Overview
Institutional Access

21 Institutions Supplied

Partnering with schools, hospitals, retreat centres, and corporate facilities to deliver clinical-grade hygiene solutions daily.

Local Manufacturing

Made in India, for India

Home-based production in Haryana creates dignified employment while ensuring products meet Indian institutional needs precisely.

Knowledge Sharing

ClinXAi™ Education

Multilingual, QR-enabled hygiene guidance democratises proper cleaning protocols for staff at all literacy levels.

Transparent Operations
Accountable Systems

Strong governance frameworks ensure we operate with complete integrity. From batch-level traceability to QR-based product information, every aspect is designed for accountability you can verify yourself.

Overview
Quality Standards

BIS-Grade Compliance

All formulations adhere to Bureau of Indian Standards specifications with MSDS certification at batch level.

Digital Traceability

QR-Based Transparency

Every product carries a QR code linking to complete batch information, ingredient sourcing, and safety protocols.

Operational Integrity

Company-Recorded Supply Continuity

Company operating records show 15+ months without a recorded supply interruption. This is an internal operational measure and has not been independently audited.

How We Calculate
Our Numbers

These cumulative figures begin with company-recorded delivery and recovery data and then use the disclosed weekly model shown below. They are estimates, not real-time telemetry. The fixed 98% recovery rate is measured per delivery cycle.

00

How to Read Our Data

Three evidence levels, stated separately

  1. Recorded company data: figures taken from Alle's ClinX supply, production, dispatch and container-return records. The current institutional count is 21 distinct institutions supplied. These records are company-reported and not independently audited.
  2. Formula-based estimates: continuously displayed totals calculated from a dated recorded baseline and a disclosed operating rate. They are not a live connection to invoices, production equipment or government systems.
  3. External or public data: a figure is described as independently verified only when an auditor, government record or named third-party source is cited. No such independent verification is claimed for the running counters on this page.

Customer-level records may contain private institutional information. Individual customer names are published only where the relationship is already public or disclosure has been authorised; otherwise reporting remains aggregated.

01

Container Weight Baseline

How we know each recovered container prevents real plastic waste

Every chemical we supply is delivered in reusable HDPE containers. Each empty container has a known tare weight depending on its size. We always use the conservative lower bound — so our figures are never overstated:

Container Size Empty Weight Range Weight We Count
5 L can 400g – 600g 400g per unit
25 L can 800g – 1,200g 800g per unit
50 L can 1,200g – 1,800g 1,200g per unit

Blended average across our container mix: ~500g per unit. This is the figure used in the weekly increment formula. Actual recovered weight is likely higher — we only publish what we can conservatively verify.

A Real Worked Example

From a single client order to a measurable impact number

Order
Client places order

A school orders 6 × 50L cans of dishwash concentrate. We deliver 6 full containers.

↓
Use
Product is consumed

Over 4–6 weeks, the client uses the product. Six empty 50L containers remain at their facility.

↓
Recover
Next order triggers recovery

When the client reorders, our delivery team collects all 6 empty containers on the same trip — zero extra journey, zero extra cost.

↓
Count
Plastic waste prevented is logged

6 containers × 1.2kg (conservative 50L weight) = 7.2kg of plastic waste prevented from this single recovery cycle.

↓
Reuse
Containers re-enter circulation

Sanitised, inspected, refilled — the same 6 containers are redeployed. Each cycle they complete adds another 7.2kg to our running total.

03

How Our Numbers Grow

Aggregating recovery data across all clients and cycles — updated weekly

Starting from a company-recorded base of 80kg / 400 containers (1 February 2025), the displayed estimates increase by +7kg and +14 containers per elapsed week under the disclosed model:

80kg base + Weeks since 1 Feb 2025 × 7kg = 701.4kg

Container count: 400 base + (weeks × 14) = 1,643 containers
Maths check: 14 containers/week × 0.5kg average = 7kg/week — exactly consistent.
Weeks elapsed since 1 Feb 2025: 88.8 weeks. Estimates calculated today: 701.4kg plastic saved from 1,643 containers.

Formula estimate as of today — 701.4kg plastic prevented from 1,643 containers recovered

Every recovered container is logged against the client order in the company tracking system. The company-reported 98% recovery rate reflects containers returned ÷ containers dispatched per delivery cycle; it is not an independently audited annual figure.
