• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and dispatch the goods
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, in the case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity
• Order confirmation emails are automated. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive one within 30 minutes of placing your order
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping and billing information. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect address details

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing for institutional buyers
• We accept payments through the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways
• We do not store your payment card details on our servers
• In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed. Please contact us if you experience difficulties
• GST-compliant tax invoices will be issued for all orders

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or placing an order after revised terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those terms.

Use your own authorised account and protect passwords, OTPs and recovery links. Google sign-in is an optional route for verifying identity. The main customer account can support sign-in to auth.allesclinx.com and ai.allesclinx.com, but each service maintains its own session and permissions. An authenticated account does not itself grant staff access, purchasing authority or access to another customer’s records. If ordering or sharing information for an organisation, obtain the required authority and verify your billing, GST and delivery details.

These products are intended primarily for professional institutional and industrial cleaning. Confirm the product name, SKU, 5-litre pack or other expressly offered supply format, active ingredient strength, pH, application and dilution before purchase. Percentage strength, ppm, millilitres per litre and dilution ratios are not interchangeable without the right calculation and assumptions. Check current labels, SDS, TDS and approved facility procedures for compatibility, contact time, PPE, ventilation, storage and disposal. Seek technical clarification before using a product where instructions appear inconsistent.

These tools support research, calculations and document review. Nova can make mistakes; Metricon relies on the entered values and model assumptions; CheckMate highlights differences for human review. None certifies compliance, validates a disinfection protocol, accepts a purchase order or provides emergency, clinical or legal approval. A generated answer or product card does not reserve stock, confirm a price, promise delivery or amend an accepted commercial agreement. Read the AI site’s Terms and AI & data use notice before adopting outputs in operational records.

Open the original product or document link and check its date, revision and intended use. A cached page, AI excerpt or PDF preview may not contain every instruction or reflect a batch-specific change. A citation is a source for review rather than a guarantee of the answer’s accuracy. External websites and services apply their own terms. Tell us if a source is missing or conflicts with a supplied label; hold the affected application until the discrepancy is resolved by an accountable technical person.

For B2B requirements, identify the SKU, pack quantity, destination, required documents and any approval or receiving conditions in your enquiry. A purchase order, verbal discussion or calculator estimate must be reconciled with our written acceptance and the applicable commercial terms. Credit is available only where agreed in writing. A signed order-specific agreement governs expressly agreed commercial variations; neither chat guidance nor a later general website revision changes those accepted terms automatically.
