Common questions.

Do we need 2,000 litres of one product?

No. The threshold uses combined monthly working volume across the agreed product requirement; it does not have to come from one product.

Can different products use different supply formats?

Yes. Ready-to-use and concentrate can be mixed across the account when the product and point-of-use setup support it.

Do we have to use concentrate to qualify?

No. Plus is not concentrate-only. Supply format is chosen around the task and site.

Who handles the mixing or dispensing setup?

For qualifying concentrate applications, the relevant mixing or dispensing setup is agreed during account setup. Scope depends on the product and site.

Can one account cover multiple buildings or branches?

Yes, when the buildings or branches are part of the agreed operating and supply setup. Larger distributed requirements may fit Enterprise more naturally.

What if our monthly usage changes?

The plan can be reviewed as recurring use changes. The facility is not locked to a volume level that no longer reflects actual demand.
