We give adequate notice before changing supply arrangements, and transition with care.

Internally & Organisationally

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, harassment, and exclusion of any kind.

Every team member has the right to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

We do not falsify records, compliance documentation, or performance data — ever.

Information shared in confidence by clients or partners is never disclosed without explicit consent.

Good-Faith Engagement

Engage with our assessments in good faith. If something doesn’t fit, tell us directly — we’d rather adjust the solution than have a misaligned deployment running in your facility.

Timely Communication

Respond to queries, approvals, and access requests within agreed timelines. Delays cascade into deployment gaps that affect hygiene continuity across your facility.

Protocol Adherence

Use our products as specified — correct dilutions, surfaces, and frequencies. Deviation from validated protocols affects efficacy and voids our performance assurance.

Responsible Container Return

Return empty containers at the next collection visit. Our sustainability model — and the cost saving it creates for you — depends on this loop closing reliably.

Prompt Issue Reporting

Report product concerns, unexpected outcomes, or adverse observations immediately. Early reporting protects your institution and helps us maintain the standards we promise.
