Built to fix accountability —
not just fill a catalogue.

Champaran Innovatives Private Limited, trading as Alle’s ClinX. “Alle’s” comes from the German word for everyone’s — because this was never meant to be a brand for the industry. It was built for the people inside the institutions: the ward workers, the school janitors, the facility managers who absorb the consequences of every bad product decision made above them.

Founded at 18 by Aditya Kumar, initially as a retail operation, then pivoted hard to institutional after identifying a structural gap nobody was addressing: local brands had no accountability, large brands had no accessibility. We solved accountability with background-verified QR codes on every product. We solved pricing through full in-house R&D and formulation control. Today, we manufacture 30+ chemical formulations across two sub-brands — with fewer than five full-time people and a logistics model that runs on time, every time.

I was a psychology student delivering supplies to stores. I’d observe other brands — most had no name, no details, but they were bestsellers. I looked for accountability and found almost none. In B2B it was worse: no way to trace who made the chemical, where the compliance sat, or where the safety data sheet was, if it existed at all.

We’re in a time where trendy brands serve people — they’re cool, they’re accessible. But there’s nothing like that for institutions. They still rely on old-school brands that haven’t evolved. That was both a gap and an opportunity. Dharuhera is strategic: we deliver within 48 hours and collect empty containers the same day. It saves cost, reduces waste, and keeps the supply chain tight. Long-term goal: refill stations that allow us to cover more area with the same infrastructure.

A human layer. And an AI layer.
Both, every single day.

Our primary competitors are Gainda, Ecolab, and Diversey. Large brands have reach and trained teams — but they operate formally, not humanly. They process accounts; they don’t understand facilities. Local brands deliver once and go quiet until next month. Our answer is structurally different: one contact who stays, and an AI that never leaves.

AI Layer
Nova — available 24/7

A free AI assistant that lives at your facility permanently. Dilution guides, audit prep, SDS interpretation in plain language. Runs entirely in incognito — no data is ever stored or transmitted. It’s yours, not ours.

Human Layer
One contact. No handoffs. Ever.

Clients say: “They are reliable and they actually listen.” We show up. We notice when consumption patterns shift. One dedicated account manager with direct access — not a ticketing system, not a call centre queue.

We hold ISO certification, MOC documentation, GST and MSME registrations, and MSDS for all chemicals. Clients typically see 30–45% cost savings from the first month depending on prior brand and budget structure. Across 24 months, our client retention rate is 90%.

It’s something bigger than me or any brand. Hygiene is the most important invisible asset an institution has. In a hospital they mop three times a day — but does it truly clean? Cleanliness is invisible infrastructure. The SDS and compliance documents aren’t just about products; they’re about the humans who use them and the people those humans serve. Alle’s — everyone’s. This isn’t for me. It’s purpose-built for all people.

Two sub-brands. Three verticals.
One tightly controlled supply chain.

Labs covers Floor & Lavatory Care, Glass & Elegance Care, Kitchen & Personal Hygiene, and Utility & Laundry — 20+ chemical formulations, expanding continuously. Mini focuses on Home & Office Cleaning, Kitchen & Laundry, and Personal & Hand Hygiene at institutional scale. Zero white-labelling across either sub-brand.

A decent, innovative, and sustainable brand that serves many sectors where people feel genuine comfort and satisfaction — not just compliance. There should be no hesitation about how complex dilution is, how costly it is, or how long delivery takes. We aim to solve these problems structurally, not case by case.

The relationship starts before
the first invoice.

90% in-house manufacturing removes supplier dependency at the most critical point in the supply chain. Every batch is batch-coded, segregated, and passes two verification checkpoints before dispatch — product match and quantity accuracy. Stock is stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse with clear segregation by product type and batch to eliminate contamination risk.

Access

We understand your facility before anything ships. Zone mapping, compliance requirements, consumption baseline. The relationship — and the accountability — starts here, not at the invoice.

Planning

Metricon calculates exactly what your facility needs. No over-ordering. No running short. No guesswork in the budget line or at the mop bucket.

Deployment

We deliver ourselves. 48-hour standard lead time. Every product ships with QR-guided instructions specific to that surface, that zone, and that compliance requirement.

Development

We come back. We review, adjust, and collect containers. Your facility gets genuinely better at hygiene over time. One contact. No handoffs. No support tickets.

Consistency. Not one impressive delivery — showing up right every single time. Clients depend on us for their daily operations. One delay or one wrong product, and it affects their entire system. That pressure is appropriate, and we stay with it.

The problem isn’t uncleanliness.
It’s false cleanliness.

Spaces that pass visual inspection but aren’t actually safe — corners ignored, products over-diluted, standards quietly compromised until nobody expects better anymore.

In a hospital ward or a school corridor, that gap has clinical consequences, not cosmetic ones. The most vulnerable absorb the failure first. Hygiene is invisible infrastructure. When it works, no one notices. Our job is to keep it working — reliably, consistently, without the institution having to think hard about it.

Integrity over convenience

We don’t bend formulations to close deals. A client pushed for a cheaper mix — we refused, lost the order. They returned after facing the consequences.

End-user first

The procurement manager chooses us. But the person walking into that washroom or ward lives with the result. We optimise for the latter.

Consistency over hype

No batch variation, no shortcuts. We’ve rejected supplier batches that didn’t match previous performance, even under deadline pressure.

Operational honesty

If a dispatch will be delayed, we inform before the client asks. No last-minute surprises. Ever.

Long-term trust over short-term margin

We’ve advised clients to reduce order size when they were over-ordering. That’s the right call, even when it costs us revenue.

If you chase only margins in this space, you’ll eventually cut corners. And the moment you do that, you’re no longer solving the problem — you’re becoming part of it.

Perception. We have to fight against entrenched standards of what cleanliness is supposed to look like. People find it hard to trust new brands. The challenge is earning that trust quickly enough that they don’t return to the comfortable, familiar, inadequate alternative.

Request a site assessment.
No commitment needed.

We visit, map your compliance requirements, and propose a tailored solution. Most clients see 30–45% cost reduction from the first month.
