Description

Best suited for. Institutional washing of cotton, poly-cotton, synthetics, linen and uniforms.

Choose this when. You need enzyme-assisted removal of protein, oil and starch-based laundry soil.

Choose another product when. You are washing wool, silk, cashmere or other delicate protein fibres.

Highlights

Enzyme-surfactant system. Protease, lipase, and amylase activity targets protein, fat, and starch stains — the full soiling spectrum of healthcare linen, industrial uniforms, and educational facility textile loads.

Alkaline pH 9–11. Supports enzyme and surfactant activity for institutional laundry soil removal.

approx. 40–60 ml per standard 5–7 kg load. Precise per-load dosing supports auditable chemical consumption and procurement planning.

Industrial machine compatible. Front-load, top-load, and continuous batch washer deployment without foam management complications.

Water quality. Performance can vary with local water hardness. Use softened or treated water where the facility procedure or equipment guidance calls for it.

How to use & dilute

Standard 5–7 kg load. Use approximately 40–60 ml, with 50 ml as a practical midpoint for a normal-soil trial.

Light soil. Start toward the lower end and increase only if wash performance requires it.

Commercial dosing. For larger washer-extractors, set dose by dry-linen weight and soil level rather than copying the 5–7 kg machine dose.

Equipment & dispenser compatibility

Compatible equipment. Front-load and top-load washing machines, washer-extractors, continuous-batch laundry systems and calibrated central or peristaltic liquid-dosing systems.

Use conditions. Set dosing to the specified ml-per-load or kg-of-linen programme and use chemical-compatible tubing and pump components.

Not intended for. Keep the enzyme detergent on a dedicated detergent line; do not connect it to chlorine-bleach or incompatible oxidiser lines.

The chemistry

How do laundry enzymes work, and why does alkaline pH enhance their performance?
Laundry enzymes are biological catalysts — proteins that accelerate specific chemical reactions without being consumed in the process.

Usage economy

Approximate pack yield. A 5 L pack gives roughly 83–125 standard-load doses across the 40–60 ml range.

Control. Laundry dosing should be calibrated against dry-linen load, water hardness, soil class and machine programme.

Dose control. Use the lower end for lighter soil and increase only where the machine load, water conditions and wash result require it.

Caution & storage

Enzyme handling. Avoid eye contact and unnecessary aerosol or mist exposure when handling concentrate. Wash hands after dosing.

Textile and process limits. Do not use on wool, silk, cashmere or other delicate protein fibres. Do not mix concentrated detergent directly with bleach or disinfectant unless the laundry process is designed for it.

Storage. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry, shaded place. Protect from excessive heat and contamination, which can reduce enzyme performance.
