How to use & dilute
Machine delicate cycle. Measure 40–45 ml into the detergent compartment for the delicate/wool programme specified by the machine and garment-care guidance.
Hand wash. Use the same measured dose only where the site has confirmed a suitable basin/load size for this product; avoid free-pouring into an unknown water volume.
Control. Use cold water or a maximum 30°C programme and follow the garment-care label.
Equipment & dispenser compatibility
Compatible equipment. Hand-wash basins, washing-machine delicate cycles and compatible liquid-laundry dosing systems calibrated for low-dose delicate-fabric programmes.
Use conditions. Use a dedicated detergent line or compartment and follow the garment-care label and the stated low-temperature programme.
Not intended for. Do not connect the product to chlorine-bleach or strongly alkaline chemical lines.
The chemistry
Why does wool shrink and felt in standard laundry detergent, and what chemistry prevents it?
Wool fibre is composed of keratin — a fibrous structural protein also found in human hair and nails. The fibre surface consists of overlapping protein scales (the cuticle) that point from root to tip, creating a directional surface texture.

Caution & storage
Textile care. Follow garment care labels and patch-test colourfastness on delicate or specialty finishes before washing.
Chemical mixing. Do not combine the concentrate directly with chlorine bleach, strong alkali or disinfectant concentrates when washing delicate fibres.
