Glass Cleaner – Streak-Free

Fast-evaporating solvent system. Physically pulls surfactant residue off the glass surface as it evaporates — the streak cannot form because the chemistry is designed to leave nothing behind.

Neutral pH. Suitable for glass, mirrors, chrome fixtures, acrylic panels and glazed tiles; test anti-reflective optical coatings before use.

Approx. 10–20 ml/L routine. Use approximately 10–20 ml/L for routine fingerprints and light soil; increase only where heavier greasy soil requires it.

Low-residue finish. Low-residue cleaning supports a clear finish when used with a clean lint-free or microfibre cloth.

Application flexibility. Suitable for controlled trigger-bottle or cloth application; use powered equipment only where its manufacturer permits a low-foam liquid cleaner.

500 ml bottle. Add approximately 5–10 ml concentrate, then top up with water.

1 L bottle. Add approximately 10–20 ml concentrate for routine fingerprints and light soil.

Greasy or high-touch glass. Trial up to approximately 30 ml/L only where the lower dose is not enough. Overdosing can increase wiping effort and residue.

Compatible equipment. Trigger sprayers, refillable pump bottles and direct microfibre or lint-free cloth application at the prepared working dilution.

Use conditions. For sensitive coated glass or optical surfaces, apply to the cloth rather than directly to the surface and perform a spot test first.

Not intended for. Not intended for foggers, ULV equipment or other room-scale atomising systems.

Why do glass cleaners streak, and how does solvent-to-water ratio solve the problem?
Glass cleaning streaks are not caused by dirt — they are caused by the residual surfactant film left on the glass surface when the water carrier evaporates before wiping is complete.

Approximate prepared yield. At 10–20 ml/L, a 5 L pack can dose roughly 250–500 litres of water.

Bottle control. A 500 ml trigger bottle needs only about 5–10 ml concentrate at the routine benchmark.

Finish quality. Use the lowest dose that gives streak-free drying with the site’s cloth and water quality.

Water quality

Performance can vary with local water hardness. Use the lowest effective dose and follow site water-treatment guidance where hard water causes residue, weak cleaning or excess product use.

Spray control. Avoid spraying directly into electrical equipment, switches or open electronics. Around such areas, apply product to the cloth first.

Surface compatibility. Test acrylics, coated glass, display panels and speciality finishes before full use. Do not use as a mineral descaler.

Storage. Keep tightly closed away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Store upright and use clean refill bottles.
