Description
Best suited for. Routine manual sink washing where a neutral-pH dishwashing concentrate is preferred.
Choose this when. You want controlled manual washing of utensils and cookware with milder pH chemistry.
Choose another product when. You need heavy-duty alkaline degreasing, baked-on carbon removal or automatic warewashing chemistry.
Highlights
pH neutral formulation (6.5–7.5). Gentle on hands during high-frequency manual washing — none of the skin-drying effect of alkaline dish concentrates used across back-to-back shifts.
Grease-cutting surfactant blend. Combines anionic and non-ionic surfactants to lift oil and food residue from crockery, cookware and cutlery without needing an alkaline boost.
High dilution ratio. Effective from 1:200 in a standard sink basin — a small quantity goes a long way at institutional wash volumes.
Low-residue rinse. Rinses cleanly from glass, steel and melamine surfaces without a soapy film, reducing rinse-water usage per load.
Mild citrus fragrance. Light citrus fragrance designed to clear with thorough rinsing and not linger on washed items.
How to use & dilute
Small basin — 5 L water. At 1:200 use 25 ml; at 1:100 use 50 ml.
Standard sink — 10 L water. Use 50 ml at 1:200 or 100 ml at 1:100. Remove loose food soil first, wash/scrub, then rinse with clean water.
Large sink — 15 L water. Use 75 ml at 1:200 or 150 ml at 1:100. Choose the lower or higher dose according to the site soil-level procedure.
Equipment & dispenser compatibility
Compatible equipment. Sink-side squeeze or pump dispensers and calibrated wall-mounted manual-dishwashing dilution dispensers.
Use conditions. Use in manual warewashing sinks at the stated dilution and calibrate any dispenser against actual water volume.
Not intended for. Not intended for automatic dishwash machines unless low-foam machine compatibility has been checked for foam and machine suitability; do not connect it to a rinse-aid line.
The chemistry
Why choose a pH neutral dishwash over an alkaline concentrate, and what does that trade-off actually cost in cleaning power?
Alkaline dish concentrates rely on high pH to saponify fats directly, which is effective on heavy grease but progressively strips the skin’s natural lipid barrier with repeated hand contact — a real problem in food-service settings where staff wash dishes for hours at a stretch.
Usage economy
Pack planning. 5–10 ml per sink fill. One 5-litre pack. A 5L pack doses approximately 500–1,000 litres of wash water at 1:100 to 1:200 dilution; sink-fill count depends on basin volume.
Consumption planning. Actual pack duration depends on basin volume, number of wash cycles, soil load and selected dilution within the stated 1:100 to 1:200 range.
Dose control. Use a measured sink-fill recipe or calibrated dispenser so operators do not compensate for dirty wash water by repeatedly adding more detergent.

Water quality
Performance can vary with local water hardness. Use the lowest effective dose and follow site water-treatment guidance where hard water causes residue, weak cleaning or excess product use.
Caution & storage
Eye and skin contact. Avoid eye contact and prolonged skin exposure to concentrate during high-volume manual washing; rinse splashes promptly with water.
Chemical mixing. Do not add bleach, disinfectant or another cleaning concentrate directly to the wash solution unless the process specifically calls for it.
Storage. Keep tightly closed and upright in a cool, shaded place. Prevent contamination of the concentrate with food soil or other chemicals.
