Low-foam extraction formula. engineered for hot-water extraction machines — excess foam interferes with suction and slows machine recovery in these systems.

Soil-release polymer. encapsulates loosened dirt particles so they lift away with extraction rather than re-depositing into carpet fibres during the cleaning pass.

Fast-drying formulation. reduced residual moisture retention supports quicker turnaround between events in banquet and function spaces.

Fresh floral fragrance. leaves treated carpets and upholstery smelling clean without an overpowering chemical scent lingering into event use.

Colourfast on common fibres. tested for safe use on standard commercial carpet and upholstery fibres at recommended dilution.

Why does extraction-machine cleaning require a low-foam formula, and what does the soil-release polymer actually prevent?
Hot-water extraction machines work by injecting a cleaning solution into carpet pile under pressure and immediately vacuuming it back out along with suspended soil.

Extraction machine. Dilute 20–30 ml per litre of hot water in the machine’s solution tank per manufacturer guidance. Clean in overlapping passes, allow to dry fully before returning furniture or resuming foot traffic.

Spot treatment. For upholstery spot cleaning, dilute 10 ml per 500 ml water, apply to a clean cloth, blot the stain, then rinse the area with a clean damp cloth.
