Description
Best suited for. Pre-cleaning of reusable instruments in manual soak basins, ultrasonic baths or compatible washer-disinfectors.
Choose this when. You need low-foam multi-enzyme chemistry to loosen dried organic soil before the downstream reprocessing cycle.
Choose another product when. You need terminal disinfection or sterilisation; this product is a cleaning pre-treatment, not a substitute for those steps.
Highlights
Triple-enzyme blend. Protease breaks down blood and protein soil, lipase targets fats, and amylase clears starch residue — targeting protein, fat and starch soils on reusable instruments and laboratory equipment.
Pre-soak & ultrasonic compatible. Formulated for manual pre-soak basins and ultrasonic cleaning baths before the facility’s downstream reprocessing step.
Low-foam formula. Suitable for ultrasonic and mechanical washer-disinfector use where excess foam would interfere with cavitation and cleaning action.
Material-safe. Non-corrosive to stainless steel, aluminium, and common instrument finishes at recommended dilution and soak time.
Neutral pH. Reduces the risk of instrument surface damage versus alkaline pre-soak alternatives over repeated processing cycles.
How to use & dilute
5 L basin. Add 25–50 ml concentrate.
10 L basin. Add 50–100 ml; for a 15 L basin use 75–150 ml.
Use. Fully submerge pre-rinsed instruments for the stated 5–10 minute soak, then rinse thoroughly before the facility’s downstream disinfection/sterilisation process.
Equipment & dispenser compatibility
Compatible equipment. Manual pre-soak basins, ultrasonic cleaning baths and washer-disinfectors where the equipment manufacturer permits a low-foam enzymatic detergent.
Use conditions. Calibrated dosing pumps may be used where the machine programme, temperature, concentration and material compatibility match the facility reprocessing SOP.
Not intended for. This is a cleaning pre-treatment, not a sterilant or terminal disinfectant; equipment compatibility does not replace the facility’s downstream reprocessing cycle.
The chemistry
Why use a multi-enzyme pre-soak instead of a standard detergent for instrument cleaning?
Instrument soil can include protein, fat and starch-based residues, each requiring a different breakdown mechanism.
Usage economy
Approximate prepared yield. At 5–10 ml/L, a 5 L pack can dose roughly 500–1,000 L of pre-soak water.
Basin planning. For a 10 L basin, use approximately 50–100 ml; prepare only the volume required for the instrument load.
Process control. Replace visibly soiled working solution and keep the pre-soak step separate from downstream disinfection or sterilisation.

Contact time
Fully submerge and soak 5-10 minutes (minimum 1 minute for light soil; up to 15 minutes for heavily dried-on organic soil)
Water quality
Performance can vary with local water hardness. Use softened or treated water where the facility procedure or equipment guidance calls for it.
Caution & storage
Contaminated instruments. Wear appropriate gloves when handling soiled instruments and avoid creating aerosols from the pre-soak bath.
Process limit. This is a cleaning pre-treatment, not terminal disinfection or sterilisation. Do not mix the enzyme solution with bleach or disinfectants unless the reprocessing procedure specifically requires it.
Storage. Keep the concentrate tightly closed and protected from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Use clean dosing equipment and replace visibly soiled working solution.
