• Single-step clean and disinfect — BKC disinfectant and cleaning surfactants combined, eliminating the separate cleaning step before disinfection.
• Bactericidal and virucidal — effective against common hospital pathogens at standard mopping dilution.
• Safe on all hard floor types — neutral to mildly alkaline pH, safe for ceramic tile, vinyl, terrazzo, concrete, and sealed hardwood.
• Low-foam formulation — minimal foam generation at mop application concentrations, reducing slip risk on freshly mopped floors.

In standard hospital housekeeping, floors are first mopped with detergent then mopped again with disinfectant. This two-step process is operationally correct when organic burden is high — but in low-to-moderate soil-load areas, the combined product achieves equivalent microbiological outcomes in a single step.

Sweep or vacuum floor to remove dry soil before mopping. Dilute at 1:50 to 1:100 in clean water. Mop the floor, changing solution when visibly soiled. Allow to dry completely. No rinsing required at standard dilution.
