Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty Cleaner & Degreaser

Heavy-duty alkaline degreaser. built to strip baked-on grease, carbon deposits and food residue from grills, ovens, and prep equipment — a cleaning step, not a maintenance polish.

Non-scratch surfactant system. cleans without abrasive particles, protecting the brushed finish of stainless steel and preventing micro-scratches that trap future soil and bacteria.

Cuts through carbonised residue. effective on stubborn, oven-baked and grill-charred soil that ordinary daily wipe-downs and the maintenance polish alone cannot remove.

Rinseable, food-service compatible. formulated to rinse cleanly from food-contact equipment surfaces, unlike a leave-on polish film.

Pairs with Stainless Steel & Chrome Polish. intended as the deep-clean step before applying the lighter maintenance polish for shine and fingerprint resistance.

Why does baked-on kitchen grease need a different approach from a routine wipe-down polish, and why avoid abrasives on stainless steel?
Repeated heat exposure oxidises and partially carbonises food fats on grills and oven surfaces, cross-linking them into a hardened residue that ordinary surfactant cleaning cannot fully dissolve without help.

Dilute. 1:10 in warm water for routine equipment cleaning; use at 1:3 or neat on heavily carbonised grill and oven surfaces.

Apply, dwell & rinse. apply with a cloth or non-abrasive pad, allow 5 minutes dwell time on heavy soil, wipe clean, then rinse thoroughly with clean water before returning equipment to food-contact use.
