How to use & dilute
Refill. Ready to use. Refill only a clean, empty liquid-soap dispenser; do not add fresh product on top of old soap.
Wash. Wet hands, use one normal dispenser activation or the labelled amount, lather all hand surfaces, then rinse thoroughly.
Control. Measure actual dispenser output on site if procurement needs a doses-per-pack figure.
Equipment & dispenser compatibility
Compatible equipment. Standard liquid-soap push pumps, sensor dispensers and wall-mounted institutional handwash dispensers.
Use conditions. Use clean, dedicated refill equipment and keep the dispenser closed between refills to minimise contamination.
Not intended for. Foam dispensers are not recommended unless they are designed for the product’s liquid viscosity or confirmed suitable by the dispenser manufacturer.
The chemistry
Handwash works through surfactant action on the skin surface: lathering activates the surfactant system, which surrounds and lifts surface oils, dirt, and transient microbial contamination, suspending them in the rinse water.
Neutral pH is important because skin has a natural acid mantle at pH 4.5–5.5 — repeated washing with alkaline products disrupts this and causes the dryness that makes hands uncomfortable.
A neutral formulation cleans effectively without disturbing the skin’s natural surface chemistry.
Usage economy
Pack planning. One 5-litre institutional refill; dispenser output should be measured on site.
Consumption planning. At an assumed 1.5 ml dispenser output, a 5L pack provides approximately 3,300 doses; actual yield depends on the installed dispenser.
Cost control. Procurement teams should forecast consumption from measured dispenser output, dispenser count, staff or visitor volume, and wash frequency.
