Description
Best suited for. Routine cleaning of ceramic and porcelain bathroom surfaces, sinks, fixtures and shower areas.
Choose this when. You want a ready-to-use alkaline bathroom cleaner for everyday soap film and general washroom soil.
Choose another product when. You need toilet-bowl descaling or treatment of natural marble and other sensitive stone.
Highlights
Alkaline pH 9–10. Breaks the chemical bond between soap scum and tile surfaces — the mechanism that makes light wiping as effective as heavy scrubbing with a neutral product.
Ready to use. Spray directly onto the surface — no dilution, no measuring, consistent results every application.
Lime fragrance. The fresh, clean post-clean scent that makes a bathroom feel genuinely maintained, not just technically cleaned.
Works on tiles, sinks, and fixtures. One product for the complete bathroom surface range — walls, floor tiles, sink, shower tray, and fixtures.
5-litre value pack. High-volume bathroom maintenance from a single pack, with lower per-use procurement cost than small-format spray packs.
How to use & dilute
Prepare. Ready to use. Fill a clean 500 ml or 1 L trigger bottle; do not dilute.
Apply. Set the nozzle to a coarse spray. Spray the cloth or the target tile/fixture lightly, then wipe or scrub.
Control. Work in small sections so the surface is evenly wetted without runoff. Do not use as a fine mist or fog.
Equipment & dispenser compatibility
Compatible equipment. Trigger spray bottles, chemical-resistant low-pressure pump sprayers, sponges and cleaning cloths for ready-to-use bathroom-surface application.
Use conditions. Use the coarsest practical spray pattern and apply only to compatible tile, sink and fixture surfaces specified on the product page.
Not intended for. Not intended for foggers, aerosol generators or high-pressure atomising equipment.
The chemistry
Soap scum is chemically bonded to tile surfaces as calcium stearate.
Alkaline cleaners at pH 9–10 reverse the formation chemistry: the alkaline hydroxide ions react with the calcium stearate and reform the original water-soluble soap compounds, breaking the adhesion to the tile surface.
This is why alkaline bathroom cleaners require so much less scrubbing effort than neutral alternatives on soap scum — the chemistry does the detachment work, leaving only the wiping for you.
Usage economy
Pack planning. One 5-litre ready-to-use institutional pack.
Consumption planning. Ready-to-use format for recurring institutional washroom cleaning.
Cost control. Consumption should be planned from measured trigger output, washroom count, surface area and cleaning frequency. The alkaline formulation is intended for routine soap-scum and washroom soil management on compatible surfaces.

Water quality
Performance can vary with local water hardness. Use the lowest effective dose and follow site water-treatment guidance where hard water causes residue, weak cleaning or excess product use.
Caution & storage
Surface compatibility. Use on compatible ceramic, porcelain and washroom fixtures. Test first on natural stone, polished surfaces or finishes not listed for routine use.
Chemical mixing. Do not mix with bleach, acids, disinfectants or other cleaning concentrates. Rinse away residues before changing chemistry.
Storage. Store upright with the cap closed, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep separated from incompatible cleaning chemicals.
