Multisurface Cleaner – Lime

Single SKU replaces up to three. Floors, walls, counters, and fixtures — one product, one procurement event, one SDS, one staff training protocol.

Neutral pH 6.5–7.5. Suited to general hard-surface cleaning; follow the listed compatibility guidance and test polished natural stone before full use.

Approx. 10–20 ml/L routine. Use approximately 10–20 ml/L for routine hard-surface cleaning and increase toward 30 ml/L only for heavier soil.

Rinse guidance. Routine non-food-contact surfaces normally need only wiping or mopping at the working dilution; rinse food-contact surfaces with potable water.

Lime fragrance. Appropriate for occupied healthcare, industrial, and educational environments — fresh signal without chemical edge.

500 ml spray bottle. Add approximately 5–10 ml concentrate, then top up with water.

1 L spray bottle. Add approximately 10–20 ml concentrate. Use the lower end for routine desks/counters and increase only for visible greasy soil.

Floor bucket. For 10 L water, use approximately 100–200 ml; up to about 300 ml for heavier soil. Measure rather than free-pour.

Compatible equipment. Trigger spray bottles, damp-cloth application, mop buckets and flat-mop systems at the prepared working dilution.

Use conditions. Automatic scrubber-dryer use should follow a site test confirming foam control, residue removal and compatibility with the specific floor finish.

Not intended for. Do not assume low-foam machine compatibility solely from the product’s neutral pH.

Why is neutral pH the correct specification for a multipurpose institutional surface cleaner?
Surface cleaners operate within a pH range that creates a fundamental trade-off: alkaline formulations (pH 9–12) are more effective at saponifying oils and fats but carry substrate damage risk on acid-sensitive materials — marble, certain composite tiles, anodised aluminium — and require rinsing on food-contact and sensitive surfaces.

Approximate prepared yield. At 10–20 ml/L, a 5 L pack can dose roughly 250–500 litres of water.

One-SKU value. The economy comes from one measured concentrate serving multiple compatible hard-surface tasks, not from using a high dose everywhere.

Control. Use separate labelled spray and bucket recipes so staff do not apply floor-strength solution to lightly soiled desks and counters.

Water quality

Performance can vary with local water hardness. Use the lowest effective dose and follow site water-treatment guidance where hard water causes residue, weak cleaning or excess product use.

Surface compatibility. Test polished natural stone, specialty coatings and sensitive finishes before broad use, particularly at stronger working dilutions.

Food-contact areas. Where used on food-contact surfaces, follow the site’s rinse procedure with potable water. Do not mix with bleach or disinfectant concentrates.

Storage. Keep the concentrate closed, upright and away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Use clean dosing containers.
