Highlights

How to use & dilute
Light / routine oil film. Use approximately 40–50 ml/L: about 200–250 ml for 5 L water or 400–500 ml for 10 L.
Heavy grease. Use approximately 100 ml/L: about 500 ml for 5 L water.
Very heavy soil. Use up to approximately 150 ml/L after a test. Allow dwell, scrub or machine-clean, then recover or rinse the loosened soil.
Equipment & dispenser compatibility
Compatible equipment. Automatic scrubber-dryers, pressure washers, mop-and-scrub systems and compatible alkaline-chemical dosing equipment.
Use conditions. Use the dilution appropriate to the soil load and verify that machine tanks, seals and hoses are rated for alkaline degreasers. Recover or rinse loosened oily soil as required by the site procedure.
Not intended for. Do not feed concentrate into equipment that is not specified for alkaline cleaning chemicals.
The chemistry
Why does concrete floor degreasing need both alkalinity and solvent, when many degreasers rely on one or the other? Unsealed concrete is porous, and industrial oils — hydraulic fluid, lubricants, engine oil — penetrate below the surface rather than sitting on top of it, where a purely aqueous surfactant system struggles to reach.
Usage economy
Light-soil yield. At 40–50 ml/L, a 5 L pack can dose roughly 100–125 L of water.
Heavy-soil yield. At 100–150 ml/L, the same pack can dose roughly 33–50 L of water.
Dose control. Use the strongest mix only for oil-saturated or neglected concrete rather than making it the default daily dose.

Water quality
Performance can vary with local water hardness. Use the lowest effective dose and follow site water-treatment guidance where hard water causes residue, weak cleaning or excess product use.
Caution & storage
Alkaline concentrate. Wear gloves and eye protection when handling concentrate or strong working solutions; avoid splashes to skin and eyes.
Surface limits. Test painted floors, polished finishes, aluminium and other alkali-sensitive materials before use. Never mix with acidic cleaners.
Storage. Keep tightly closed, upright and separated from acids. Protect from excessive heat, direct sunlight and contamination.
