Concrete Floor Degreaser – Heavy-Duty Alkaline

Deep-penetrating formula. engineered to lift oil, grease, and hydraulic fluid that has soaked into porous, unsealed concrete — not just surface-level soiling.

Solvent-boosted alkaline system. combines high alkalinity with a controlled solvent fraction to emulsify heavy petroleum-based soils that alkalinity alone cannot fully break down.

Machine & manual application. compatible with scrubber-dryers, pressure washers, and manual mop-and-scrub application across large floor areas.

Reduces slip hazard. removes the oil film responsible for slip-related incidents in factory and warehouse traffic zones.

Concentrated for bulk use. designed for dilution at scale across large industrial floor areas rather than spot-cleaning volumes.

Why does concrete floor degreasing need both alkalinity and solvent, when many degreasers rely on one or the other? Unsealed concrete is porous, and industrial oils — hydraulic fluid, lubricants, engine oil — penetrate below the surface rather than sitting on top of it, where a purely aqueous surfactant system struggles to reach.

Dilute. 1:10 to 1:20 in water for routine cleaning; use neat or at 1:5 for heavily soiled or long-neglected areas.

Apply & agitate. apply with mop, scrubber-dryer or pressure washer, allow 5–10 minutes dwell time on heavy soiling, agitate, then rinse or wet-vacuum thoroughly.

• Concentrate is corrosive — avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact.
• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with copious clean water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during application in enclosed factory/warehouse areas.
• Do not mix with acidic cleaning products.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in original sealed container below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and acids.
• Shelf life 24 months from manufacture date, unopened.
