Yes. Our products are formulated to meet applicable Indian standards. Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for every product — accessible via the QR code on the label or on request at care@allesclinx.com.

The Labs range is engineered for institutional use — healthcare wards, industrial facilities, educational campuses. Products are typically concentrates with precise dilution specifications, bilingual labels, and formulations optimised for hard water and high-frequency use.

The Mini range is designed for homes and small offices — ready-to-use or simple-dilution formats, everyday fragrances, and practical 5-litre value packs.

Each product has a specific dilution ratio printed on the label and in the Technical Data Sheet. For example, our Floor Disinfectant Concentrate (Pine) uses 25 ml per litre of water for routine cleaning and 45 ml per litre for heavy-soil or post-incident use. Always add concentrate to water, not water to concentrate, to minimise foam.

Most of our floor care products are safe on marble, ceramic tile, vinyl, mosaic, concrete, and composite flooring. Specific surface compatibility is listed in the Product Specifications section on each product page. If you are unsure, test on a small inconspicuous area first or contact us.

Most of our disinfectant concentrates do not require rinsing when used at the recommended dilution. The working solution air-dries to leave a thin protective film. The product label and TDS will specify if rinsing is required for a particular product or surface.

Yes. Our institutional formulations are specifically engineered for Indian hard water conditions where TDS routinely exceeds 500 ppm. The alkaline pH of our floor disinfectants and the surfactant systems in our laundry and dishwash products are designed to maintain full efficacy in hard water.

No. Never mix cleaning products unless specifically instructed. In particular, do not mix our acid-based products (such as the toilet cleaner or limescale remover) with bleach or alkaline cleaners — the combination can generate harmful vapours. Each product is formulated to work independently at its specified dilution.

For most concentrates, we recommend gloves for handling and dispensing. For our acid-based and high-alkalinity products (HCl 33% toilet cleaner, pH 12–13 degreaser), eye protection is also recommended. Full PPE guidance is on the product label and MSDS.

Every product label has a QR code that links to the MSDS and TDS. You can also request them by emailing care@allesclinx.com. Institutional buyers receive full documentation with their first order.

Shelf life for unopened products is 24 months from the date of manufacture, printed on the label. Once opened, store in the original sealed container below 30°C away from direct sunlight and use within a reasonable period — typically within 12 months of opening. Working solution prepared from concentrate should be used within 4 hours and not stored.

Yes. Our Labs range is specifically formulated for healthcare environments — hospital wards, OPDs, laundry operations, kitchens, and washroom blocks. Our quaternary disinfectant concentrate (BKC 0.5% w/w + QAC) is formulated to meet the chemical specification requirements of NABH and JCI housekeeping protocols. Documentation for compliance submissions is available on request.

Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Availability for your specific pin code is confirmed at checkout. For areas not currently serviceable, contact us and we will try to find an alternative arrangement.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details when your order is picked up by our logistics partner.

First check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days or the order appears lost, contact us at care@allesclinx.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery. Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly dispatched. Please review our full Returns Policy for details.

Photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening fully. Email care@allesclinx.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Once a return is received and inspected, or a cancellation is confirmed, we notify you of refund approval by email. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval and credited to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to reflect the credit.
