- We engage only with vendors whose manufacturing and safety standards meet or exceed our own.
- We do not accept or offer gifts, kickbacks, or undisclosed incentives that could influence procurement decisions.
- We negotiate fairly and honour agreed terms without last-minute renegotiations.
- We share feedback constructively — vendor performance is documented, not gossiped about.
- We give adequate notice before changing supply arrangements, and transition with care.

Good-Faith Engagement
Engage with our assessments and recommendations in good faith. If something doesn’t fit, tell us directly — we’d rather adjust the solution than have a misaligned deployment.
Timely Communication
Respond to queries, approvals, and access requests within agreed timelines. Delays on your end cascade into deployment gaps that affect hygiene continuity.
Protocol Adherence
Use our products as specified — correct dilutions, surfaces, and frequencies. Deviation from validated protocols affects efficacy and voids our performance assurance.
Responsible Disposal
Follow safe disposal and waste-handling guidelines for used containers and chemical waste. Our sustainability goals require responsible behaviour at both ends of the supply chain.
Prompt Issue Reporting
