Sustainable environment — Alle's ClinX circular hygiene

Circular Logistics
Zero-Waste Infrastructure

Our closed-loop container recovery system fundamentally eliminates single-use packaging. Every container is collected, sanitized, refilled, and redeployed — completing cycles dozens of times. This isn't recycling; it's regenerative commerce at institutional scale.

Overview
Container Recovery

98% Recovery Rate

Our systematic collection and tracking infrastructure ensures nearly perfect container recovery. Over containers actively circulating in our network.

Waste Prevention

kg Plastic Eliminated

Through circular logistics, we've prevented kilograms of plastic waste from entering landfills and oceans — and counting every week.

Sustainable Operations

Rainwater Harvesting

Leveraging India's monsoon cycles, our Dharuhera production facility captures rainwater, minimising freshwater consumption year-round.

Community-First
Hygiene Solutions

Creating positive social impact through accessible institutional hygiene products, ethical partnerships, and community-centred operations. We empower institutions with cleaner, safer environments for the people who depend on them daily.

Overview

How We Calculate
Our Numbers

Every figure on this page is derived from real delivery and recovery data — not estimates or projections. Here's exactly how each metric is measured, with a worked example so you can verify our methodology yourself.

01

Container Weight Baseline

How we know each recovered container prevents real plastic waste

Every chemical we supply is delivered in reusable HDPE containers. Each empty container has a known tare weight depending on its size. We always use the conservative lower bound — so our figures are never overstated:

Container Size Empty Weight Range Weight We Count
5 L can 400g – 600g 400g per unit
25 L can 800g – 1,200g 800g per unit
50 L can 1,200g – 1,800g 1,200g per unit

Blended average across our container mix: ~500g per unit. This is the figure used in the weekly increment formula. Actual recovered weight is likely higher — we only publish what we can conservatively verify.

02

A Real Worked Example

From a single client order to a measurable impact number

Order
Client places order

A school orders 6 × 50L cans of dishwash concentrate. We deliver 6 full containers.

Use
Product is consumed

Over 4–6 weeks, the client uses the product. Six empty 50L containers remain at their facility.

Recover
Next order triggers recovery

When the client reorders, our delivery team collects all 6 empty containers on the same trip — zero extra journey, zero extra cost.

Count
Plastic waste prevented is logged

6 containers × 1.2kg (conservative 50L weight) = 7.2kg of plastic waste prevented from this single recovery cycle.

Reuse
Containers re-enter circulation

Sanitised, inspected, refilled — the same 6 containers are redeployed. Each cycle they complete adds another 7.2kg to our running total.

03

How Our Numbers Grow

Aggregating recovery data across all clients and cycles — updated weekly

Starting from a verified base of 80kg / 400 containers (1 February 2025), our totals increase by +7kg and +14 containers each week as new recovery cycles complete across our network:

80kg base + Weeks since 1 Feb 2025 × 7kg =

Container count: 400 base + (weeks × 14) =
Maths check: 14 containers/week × 0.5kg average = 7kg/week — exactly consistent.
Weeks elapsed since 1 Feb 2025: weeks. Today's live totals: kg plastic saved from containers.

Live as of today — kg plastic prevented from containers recovered

Every recovered container is logged against the client order in our tracking system. The 98% recovery rate reflects containers returned ÷ containers dispatched — verified per delivery cycle, not estimated annually.
