What we observed — and why it changed everything
Alle’s ClinX began in 2022, started by our founder after retirement. Supplying hygiene products to local institutions. Simple. But the market revealed something uncomfortable fast.
Products were anonymous. Dilutions were guessed. Staff changed. Training vanished. Hygiene degraded — not from bad intent, but because nothing was built to hold together without constant attention.
Our first institutional client trusted us with their operational spaces when we were entirely new. That responsibility clarified our direction permanently. We stopped thinking like a supplier. We became a systems builder.
The operating system behind hygiene
“Alle” — German for everyone. We build for every institution, independent of size, budget, or training level.
Most hygiene companies design for ideal conditions. Real institutions have none of these consistently. We design for real conditions — staff turnover, inconsistent supervision, language barriers.
When guidance is embedded into the system — not held inside someone’s memory — the right thing happens automatically. That is the entire premise of ClinX.
