Orders, Shipping & Returns
This page covers everything related to your order after you check out — how we ship, when you can cancel, and how we handle returns and refunds. If you have a question not answered here, write to us at care@allesclinx.com.
These policies apply to all orders placed on allesclinx.com and are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Order processing +
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on non-business days are processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted and a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order ships
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases

Shipping zones
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or difficult-access areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to logistics partner constraints, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and delivery location. Free shipping thresholds, if active, are displayed on the website.
Institutional & bulk orders
For institutional orders above certain quantities, dedicated logistics arrangements may apply. Contact procurement@allesclinx.com for bulk order shipping terms.
Risk of loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the order to your provided shipping address. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Cancellation policy +
Before dispatch
You may cancel your order at no charge before it has been dispatched. To cancel, email care@allesclinx.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been picked up by our logistics partner, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our returns policy below.
Institutional & bulk orders
Cancellations for institutional or bulk orders confirmed under a purchase order are subject to the specific terms agreed at the time of order. Please contact procurement@allesclinx.com for assistance.
Returns policy +
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product received is significantly different from what was described on the website
Return window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email care@allesclinx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging.
Conditions for return
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the defect existed at the time of delivery
- Returns are not accepted for products that have been misused, improperly stored, or used contrary to label instructions
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective product), we will arrange and bear the cost of return shipping. For other eligible returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products purchased in error
- Products that have been opened and used without any defect
- Bulk or institutional orders beyond the agreed terms
Refund policy +
When refunds are issued
- Order cancelled before dispatch — full refund
- Order cancelled by us due to stock unavailability or error — full refund
- Approved return for defective, damaged, or incorrect product — full refund including original shipping charges
Refund process
- Once a return is received and inspected, or a cancellation is confirmed, we will notify you of the refund approval by email
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank
Partial refunds
In cases where only part of an order is returned or found defective, a partial refund corresponding to the value of the affected items will be issued.
Non-refundable situations
- Products returned outside the 7-day window without prior approval
- Products returned in a condition inconsistent with the reported issue
- Returns initiated for reasons not covered by this policy
Damaged or missing items +
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing:
- Photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening fully
- Email care@allesclinx.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
Claims for damaged or missing items made more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
