Alle's ClinX Knowledge provides public educational material about professional cleaning, hygiene, chemistry, safety, equipment and facility operations. By accessing or using the site, you agree to follow these terms to the extent they are legally applicable to you.

Indian law recognises electronic contracting, including through electronic means, subject to the ordinary requirements of contract law. Nothing in these terms is intended to override rules on legal capacity, free consent or other mandatory requirements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 or the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Unless a specific page states otherwise, original Knowledge article content is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). That licence permits sharing and adaptation, including commercial reuse, provided its attribution and notice conditions are met.

Reasonable attribution should identify Alle's ClinX as the source, link to the original material where practical, link to the CC BY 4.0 licence and indicate material changes. The licence applies only to material for which Alle's ClinX has authority to license.

The open-content licence does not grant rights in the Alle's ClinX name, logos, trademarks, product trade dress or other brand identifiers. Third-party quotations, standards, photographs, diagrams, linked documents and other separately identified material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Source code, software, datasets or downloadable files may carry separate licence terms. Where a file includes its own licence or notice, that specific notice controls for that file.

You may read, search, link to, download and reuse Knowledge content in accordance with the applicable licence. You must not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, misrepresent modified material as an official Alle's ClinX publication, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability or bypass technical restrictions.

Automated access should be proportionate and must not materially degrade the service or breach GitHub's applicable platform rules. The GitHub Pages service is also subject to GitHub's Terms of Service and Pages-specific conditions.

Knowledge articles explain concepts and support informed operational decisions. They do not replace a current product label, Safety Data Sheet, Technical Data Sheet, manufacturer instruction, site-specific risk assessment, standard operating procedure, professional advice or mandatory legal requirement.

When a Knowledge article conflicts with a current product-specific document or binding requirement, the current authoritative product document or applicable law takes priority. Safety-critical decisions should be checked against the relevant source before action is taken.

Knowledge may link to AI-assisted services, calculators or other decision-support tools. Outputs can be incomplete, probabilistic or affected by incorrect inputs. Users should independently verify consequential results, especially where health, safety, compliance, dosing, financial or procurement decisions are involved.

The AI & Data Use page explains the source-first, human-oversight approach used for such tools. Product-specific notices on the tool itself govern the particular interaction.

Knowledge may link to GitHub, allesclinx.com, Creative Commons, government sources, standards bodies, email applications and other external services. Those destinations operate under their own terms, privacy practices and availability commitments.

GitHub Pages provides static hosting for this Knowledge site. GitHub states that Pages is intended for static publishing and should not be used for sensitive transactions such as submitting passwords or credit-card information. Knowledge therefore does not provide checkout or credential collection on GitHub Pages.

We may correct, update, reorganise, translate, replace or withdraw Knowledge material where evidence, product documentation, law or site architecture changes. An article's publication does not guarantee that the same wording, language version, route or feature will remain available indefinitely.

We aim to preserve stable links where practical, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Offline browser copies may remain on a device after an online version has been updated, so users should refresh or reconnect before relying on time-sensitive material.

The Knowledge site itself does not sell goods or services or process payments. Commercial transactions occur on separate Alle's ClinX services and are subject to the terms that apply there, including mandatory protections under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Knowledge is provided for general informational and educational use. Although we work to maintain reliable, referenced content, we do not warrant that every page will be complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for every facility, product, material or jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for using general information in a specific operational setting remains with the person or organisation making that decision. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory rights that may apply under another law. Courts, tribunals or other authorities with competent jurisdiction will determine disputes in accordance with applicable procedural and substantive law.

We may amend these Terms when the Knowledge service, applicable law or licensing model changes. The date shown at the bottom identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless law requires otherwise.
