Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Alle's ClinX Knowledge, including what the static site does locally in your browser, what hosting infrastructure may process, and how to contact us about privacy.

This notice applies to the GitHub-hosted Knowledge site. Forms, accounts, orders, payments, customer-support systems and other services on allesclinx.com have separate notices because they collect and use different information.
01Who is responsible for this notice

Alle's ClinX is the customer-facing brand of Champaran Innovatives Private Limited. For personal data that Alle's ClinX decides to process for its own Knowledge-related purposes, the company acts in the role required by applicable data-protection law.

GitHub and other infrastructure providers may separately process technical data for their own hosting, security and platform purposes under their own privacy terms. GitHub's current privacy statement is available at GitHub Privacy Statement.

02India's DPDP framework and phased commencement

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 establish India's principal framework for digital personal data. Their commencement is phased.

As of 30 September 2026, provisions establishing core definitions and the Data Protection Board are already in force, while substantial processing obligations and Data Principal rights in sections 3–17 are scheduled to commence eighteen months after 13 November 2025. Certain additional provisions commence one year after that date. We are aligning Knowledge practices with the Act's transparency, minimisation and security principles in advance of later commencement dates and will apply statutory rights when the relevant provisions are in force.

03Information you provide directly

You do not need a Knowledge account, profile, checkout or payment method to read published guides. The static Knowledge pages do not include a first-party form that asks you to submit personal information.

If you choose an email link, your email application may send your address, message and any information you include to Alle's ClinX. If you follow a link to another Alle's ClinX service, the privacy notice shown on that service applies to information submitted there.

04Technical and hosting information

When any website is requested, hosting and network systems can process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or device information, referring information, response status and security logs.

Knowledge is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may process visitor and platform data under its own terms and privacy statement. Alle's ClinX does not claim that GitHub's infrastructure logs are created or retained under the same systems as Alle's ClinX business records.

05Search and navigation

Knowledge search downloads a static index file and ranks search matches in your browser. The site's own search code does not send each search phrase to a dedicated Alle's ClinX search server. Search text is used in the active page session to calculate matches and is not intentionally written by the search feature to a cookie or server-side user profile.

When you select a result, your browser requests the destination page in the ordinary way.

06Local browser storage and offline use

Article pages use browser localStorage to remember the reading-size preference under the key acx-reading-size. That value is stored on your device and contains the chosen text size, not your name, email address or article history.

The progressive web app uses a service worker and browser Cache Storage to keep core assets and some visited pages available faster or offline. Cached files remain on the device until the browser removes them, the service worker replaces them, or you clear site data.

07Purposes and data minimisation

Where Alle's ClinX receives Knowledge-related personal data, we use it only for appropriate purposes such as responding to an enquiry or rights request, maintaining site security and integrity, investigating abuse or faults, keeping necessary records, and complying with legal obligations.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Knowledge does not use its static front end to build advertising profiles, sell personal data or require identification merely to read public articles.

08Legal basis and consent

Where applicable law requires consent, consent should be specific, informed and capable of withdrawal as provided by law. The DPDP framework also recognises certain legitimate uses that may permit processing without consent in defined circumstances.

Because the DPDP Act is in phased commencement, the exact statutory basis and procedure applied to a request depends on which provisions are in force at the relevant time and on the service involved. We will not use this Policy to claim consent for unrelated processing.

09Retention, deletion and cross-border processing

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose that created it, legal or security obligations, dispute handling and legitimate record-keeping. Browser-side storage remains under your device or browser controls.

GitHub and other service providers may operate infrastructure in multiple countries. Where cross-border processing is relevant to Alle's ClinX, it will be handled subject to applicable Indian law and any restrictions or directions in force at that time.

10Children and persons acting through guardians

Knowledge is designed to be readable without submitting personal data. Under the DPDP Act, a child is an individual under eighteen years of age. When processing a child's personal data requires verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, that requirement will be followed once and to the extent the relevant provisions apply.

Please do not email unnecessary personal information about a child or a person who requires a lawful guardian. If such information must be provided for a legitimate request, share only what is necessary.

11Your privacy rights and grievance requests

As the relevant DPDP provisions commence and where they apply, Data Principals may have rights including access to a summary of personal data and processing information, correction and updating, erasure in applicable circumstances, grievance redressal, withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based, and nomination of another person to exercise rights in specified circumstances.

For a Knowledge-related request, email care@allesclinx.com with enough information to identify the interaction or record. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request that could disclose, change or delete personal data.

12Security incidents and changes to this Policy

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the systems we control. If a personal-data breach or cyber incident triggers notification duties under applicable law, we will follow the requirements that are in force for the affected system and circumstances.

We may update this Policy when law, hosting, browser storage, site functionality or connected services change. Material changes are reflected in the version date below.
