Nova is most useful when the question relates to Alle's ClinX products, documents, policies or operational guidance. It can turn technical source material into a shorter answer suited to the role of the person asking.
Product-use questions
Users can ask what a product is intended for, which surfaces or tasks it supports, what working ratio is documented, or what use restrictions appear in the official product information.
Safety and handling questions
Nova can help locate documented PPE, storage, first-aid, incompatibility or handling information from available safety documents. Safety-critical answers should still be checked against the current SDS.
Document lookup questions
Users can ask where information appears in an SDS, TDS, certification, policy or other Alle's ClinX document and, where available, follow Nova's citation back to the original source.
Compliance and policy questions
Nova can summarize documented certifications, policy requirements or official company information when those materials exist in its knowledge base.
Supported quantitative questions
Where the source documentation contains the required values, Nova can support calculations such as dilution quantities using code-based computation instead of an estimate.
The same question can be answered differently by role
A frontline user may receive a short safety-first explanation, while a supervisor or procurement user may receive more document, compliance or business context.
Questions outside the documentation may have limited support
If Alle's ClinX documentation does not contain the needed evidence, Nova may not be able to provide a confident document-grounded answer. The current interface also offers a separate web-search tool when live internet information is appropriate.
Practical takeaway
Ask Nova questions that you would otherwise answer by searching product pages, SDS/TDS files, company policies or compliance documents. For critical decisions, confirm the cited source directly.
