Which Alle's ClinX Support Channel Should You Use?

Use Nova for product-document questions, Metricon for calculations, procurement for ordering and commercial matters, and care for post-order support, document requests and general customer assistance.

Alle's ClinX provides several support routes because a dilution question, purchase order and delivery issue do not need the same kind of help. Choosing the right channel usually produces a faster and clearer response.

Use Nova for product-document questions

Nova is suited to questions grounded in Alle's ClinX SDS, TDS, product information, policies and selected compliance guidance. It can help with documented dilution, safety and audit-related questions, but it is not the right place for delivery status or billing enquiries.

Use Metricon for calculations

Metricon is the self-service calculation suite for dilution, usage, cost, procurement, chemistry and supply-risk models. Use it when the problem is numerical and the required inputs are known.

Use Procurement for buying and commercial matters

Send purchase orders, quotation questions, pack/quantity clarification and institutional procurement enquiries to procurement@allesclinx.com.

Use Care & Support for service and document help

For post-order support, product-document requests, container pickup questions or general customer assistance, use care@allesclinx.com.

Use the Document Center for self-service files

If you already know the product or SKU, the Document Center is the fastest place to search available MSDS, TDS, SOP and usage-guide resources before sending a manual request.

Use the product label for point-of-use instructions

When a live container is in front of you, the current product label is a primary point-of-use reference. If a digital answer conflicts with the printed label, stop and ask support to resolve the mismatch.

Executive contact is not the default support route

The public contact page also lists a direct CEO email, but routine product, order and support questions are better sent through care or procurement so they enter the appropriate operating workflow.

Practical takeaway

Nova = documented product questions. Metricon = calculations. Procurement = buying and POs. Care = post-order support and general help. Document Center = self-service files.
