Cleaning के बाद hard floor sticky लगे तो process troubleshoot करें। Stickiness अक्सर बताती है कि surface पर कुछ material रह गया या cleaning के दौरान redistribute हुआ। Cause identify किए बिना more product add करना problem worse कर सकता है।
Cause 1: Product ज्यादा है या dilution गलत है
HSE right amount of the right cleaning product use करने को कहता है। CDC manufacturer instructions के अनुसार solution prepare करने को recommend करता है। Over-concentrated solution water evaporate होने पर ज्यादा material छोड़ सकती है और बाद का soil जल्दी attach हो सकता है।
Cause 2: Solution, mop या pad dirty है
Cleaning solution या mop heavy soil load होने पर contamination remove करने की बजाय spread कर सकते हैं। CDC floor guidance soiled होने पर mop heads, floor cloths और buckets change करने को कहती है।
Cause 3: Soil loosen हुई लेकिन पूरी remove नहीं हुई
Detergent और mechanical action greasy/sticky soil release कर सकते हैं, लेकिन material को surface से carry away भी करना होता है। Heavy contamination पर one pass soil redistribute कर सकता है। HSE detergent को greasy floors पर enough time देने और suitable method use करने को कहता है।
Cause 4: Rinse या solution recovery inadequate है
कुछ floor-care products/methods spent solution remove करने या rinse step की जरूरत रखते हैं। Product और floor-system instructions follow करें। Machine cleaning में worn squeegee या overloaded system liquid पीछे छोड़ सकता है; HSE poorly maintained equipment को reduced effectiveness से जोड़ता है।
Cause 5: Floor finish worn, softened या damaged है
Sticky feel हमेशा removable detergent नहीं होता। Coatings/finishes wear, incompatible chemistry या incorrect maintenance से change हो सकते हैं। Approved method से controlled re-clean correct न करे तो chemistry बढ़ाने से पहले finish inspect करें।
