Streaks cleaning/finishing के बाद floor पर visible differences होती हैं। वे अक्सर बताती हैं कि soil, product, water या finish uniformly remove होने की बजाय unevenly distribute हुई है।
Cause 1: Product residue
Over-concentrated cleaner या too much solution drying के बाद dissolved material छोड़ सकते हैं। CDC manufacturer instructions के अनुसार product preparation recommend करता है।
Cause 2: Dirty solution या overloaded tools
Soil-loaded mop, pad या solution thin film redistribute कर सकती है। Heavily soiled होने से पहले tools/solution change करें।
Cause 3: Incomplete recovery
Machine cleaning में spent solution evenly recover न हो तो visible lines रह सकती हैं। Squeegee, vacuum recovery, pad condition और machine settings check करें।
Cause 4: Hard-water minerals
USGS बताता है hard water में dissolved calcium/magnesium drying के बाद film या spots छोड़ सकते हैं। Dark/polished floors पर यह streaking जैसी दिख सकती है।
Cause 5: Uneven finish/coating
GSA finished floors को streaks, mop marks और skipped areas से free expect करता है। अगर mark finish layer में है तो ordinary re-clean alone पर्याप्त नहीं हो सकती।
Troubleshooting sequence
- Floor fully dry होने दें.
- Product और dilution check करें.
- Fresh solution/clean tools से small test करें.
- देखें streak mop/machine path follow करती है या नहीं.
- Mineral film possible हो तो water quality check करें.
- Compatible re-clean के बाद mark रहे तो finish/coating inspect करें.
