Floor expected luster कई reasons से lose कर सकती है। कुछ dullness removable film है, कुछ wear/permanent finish change है। पहले decide करें problem finish के ऊपर है या finish itself में।
Cause 1: Residue/film
Cleaner residue, hard-water minerals या poorly recovered solution reflectivity कम करके floor cloudy बना सकते हैं। Restoration assume करने से पहले compatible small-area re-clean करें।
Cause 2: Embedded soil
Traffic fine soil को microtexture या worn finish में drive कर सकता है। Quick mop loose soil remove कर सकती है लेकिन uniform appearance restore नहीं करती।
Cause 3: Abrasion
Grit, aggressive pads या incorrect machine settings finish microscratch कर सकते हैं। Surface itself abraded हो तो ordinary cleaning original luster recreate नहीं कर सकती।
Cause 4: Incompatible chemistry
CDC surface-damaging products avoid करने को कहता है। Too strong, incompatible या incorrectly diluted chemistry finish haze/soften/alter कर सकती है।
Cause 5: Normal wear/coating loss
High-traffic lanes finish thickness या polish lose कर सकती हैं। GSA hard floors को uniform luster maintain करने और dull appearance avoid करने का standard रखता है।
Diagnostic check
- Floor fully dry होने दें.
- Small compatible re-clean से residue check करें.
- Traffic lanes को protected edges से compare करें.
- Scratches, pad marks या uneven coating inspect करें.
- Used product, dilution, pad और machine process review करें.
- Soil/residue removal के बाद appearance unchanged हो तो finish-maintenance issue classify करें.
Practical takeaway
Dullness पर automatically more detergent/abrasion न बढ़ाएं। पहले film/soil remove करें; luster return न हो तो wear, chemistry और finish condition inspect करें।
