Cleaning performance chemistry, mechanical action, time

1. Chemical action

2. Mechanical action

Mechanical action वह physical work है जो soil को detach और lift करने में मदद करता है: wiping, brushing, mopping, scrubbing या machine agitation।

3. Time

Cleaning dwell time को disinfectant contact time से confuse न करें। Contact time label-defined wet period US EPA guidance कहती है कि treated surface full stated contact time तक visibly wet रहना चाहिए.[4] Disinfection required हो तो ordinary cleaning dwell time उस label condition की जगह नहीं ले सकता।

4. Temperature

Kärcher का Sinner's Circle explanation बताता है कि cleaning result time, mechanical action, chemistry और temperature के combined effect से बनता है.[1] Practical work में ये factors freely interchangeable नहीं हैं। Surface abrasion limit कर सकती है, product hotter water prohibit कर सकता है और disinfectant claim fixed concentration/contact time मांग सकता है।

Worked example: dull tiled entrance

  4. Time check करें।

Short diagnostic checklist

  • Soil loose, oily, mineral, sticky, protein-based या bonded है?
  • Approved working time मिला?
