About Nova
Nova is Alle's ClinX's proprietary AI assistant for questions about its products, safety documentation, certifications, policies and related operational guidance. It is designed to answer from Alle's ClinX source material rather than general internet knowledge.
What it is
An answer layer over Alle's ClinX documentation.
Nova is designed to retrieve relevant material from the Alle's ClinX documentation corpus before answering. The goal is to make product and compliance information easier to query without turning an AI response into a replacement for the source itself.
Product questions
Use Nova for questions that depend on approved product information, intended use, dilution context or documented technical details.
Safety and compliance
Nova can help locate or explain material from SDS, TDS, certifications, policies and audit-related documentation.
Source visibility
Current Nova materials describe answers as source-grounded and cite the underlying documentation so the user can verify the response.
How to use it
Ask the document question, then verify the consequential answer.
Nova works best when the exact product, document or operational context is clear.
Be specific
Naming the product or document helps narrow the retrieval target and reduces ambiguity.
Use the source hierarchy
If an AI answer conflicts with the current product label, SDS, TDS or another authoritative source, follow the authoritative source and report the mismatch.
Know when to switch channels
Delivery status, billing, order-specific questions and other account matters belong with customer support rather than an AI knowledge assistant.
Customer Support guidesLimits
AI assistance still requires human judgment.
A grounded system can still retrieve the wrong passage, misunderstand a question or produce an incomplete answer. Higher-consequence decisions deserve stronger verification.
Not a regulatory approval
Nova cannot create a certification, laboratory result, legal determination or regulator approval that the source material does not contain.
Not a substitute for site controls
Facility SOPs, risk assessments, PPE requirements and local procedures still apply.
Escalate uncertainty
If the source is missing, unclear or inconsistent, stop at the uncertainty and ask the responsible Alle's ClinX team rather than treating a fluent answer as evidence.
